Let’s take a closer look to what is on your plate. Where does your food come from and how was it grown? Is it healthy? And is it actually fair?
At our upcoming annual Food Event we will explore and discuss these questions, enjoy a locally sourced dinner and have the opportunity to meet each other. We will first tour the premises and see how they practice sustainable agriculture while also developing beautiful, healthy, tasty products. We are honoured that additional ‘food for thought’ will be provided by these speakers:
- Jeroen Klompe | Klompe Farm – Passionate about farming: healthy soil & ecosystems lead to healthy products and ultimately to healthy and happy people.
- Joszi Smeets | The Food Hub – Joszi creates positive change by approaching complex sustainability issues through food.
- Henk Scheele | Hoeksche Chips – Cofounded Hoeksche Chips: using only natural products, created locally, to enjoy the full potential of his potatoes.
