TRACT raises €18.6m Series A to expand global supply chain intelligence
TRACT, the pioneering enterprise platform helping the world’s largest agrifood businesses build smarter, more resilient supply chains, has raised €18.6 million in Series A funding to accelerate global growth.
The round was led by climate-tech venture capital firm ICOS Capital, with participation from Invest International, Future Food Fund, and returning investors Rabo Ventures, The Working Capital Fund and Pymwymic.
Across the food and agriculture sector, companies face rising pressure to strengthen supply chains, meet sustainability goals, and deliver transparency. TRACT supports this transformation by enabling multinational Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands and commodity traders to map complex supply chains, monitor sourcing risks, and securely share verified data across networks. As climate and market volatility continue to disrupt global sourcing, TRACT provides the infrastructure that helps agrifood companies modernise and future-proof their operations.
Founded through a collaboration between Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), Cargill, Louis Dreyfus Company, and olam food ingredients (ofi), TRACT brings together leading agrifood and technology partners to advance traceability and transparency across agricultural supply chains.
“Resilient supply chains are the foundation of a more equitable and sustainable food system. Sourcing leaders are under pressure to manage more risk, more data, and more complexity than ever before. This funding accelerates our next phase of growth as we scale the platform and support the companies shaping the future of responsible sourcing.”
ALLISON KOPF, CEO OF TRACT
The investment will accelerate the development of TRACT’s platform, deepen integration with industry data systems, and support continued onboarding of global clients managing complex sourcing portfolios. The company’s growth reflects a broader shift in the agrifood industry, as procurement and sustainability teams seek scalable solutions to strengthen traceability, supplier engagement, and long-term supply assurance.
“Supply chain traceability is key to preventing deforestation and making emissions transparent. Through our Collaborative Venturing Platform with leading agrifood and chemical corporates, we back innovations like TRACT that turn complex supply chain data into real climate action.”
