Our 2025 Impact Report: From intention to action

We’re thrilled to share our 2025 Impact Report, reflecting on a year where impact became increasingly embedded into the everyday decisions shaping our portfolio companies.

This year, our focus was on making impact even more practical. From introducing an ESG maturity tool to strengthening portfolio feedback loops and linking impact performance to incentives, the goal was clear: move beyond reporting and towards real behavioural change. One insight stood out in particular: companies that linked impact performance to incentives scored on average 13% higher on their impact ratings, reinforcing a simple but important truth: what gets rewarded, gets done.

But what gives us the most confidence is not the impact frameworks alone, it is the people behind it. Founders and teams continuing to bring impact into the centre of conversations, even when priorities compete and decisions need to be made fast.
